Schedule a one-to-one consultation. Don’t worry, there is no pressure during your appointment and no obligation after it. The sole purpose of this session is to help you get educated and to make sure all your questions get answered.
As soon as the consultation is purchased you'll be provided the links to the forms or downloads. We ask that you fill it out and return it to us at least three days prior to your appointment. The worksheet – a completely confidential questionnaire – is designed to help assess your current situation. Completing this “homework” before your appointment will ensure your time with Anthea is as productive as possible and will provide useful information for the custom made program that can address your concerns at this time.
During the session, Anthea will walk you through aspects of your current situation and will examine with you what you’re looking to achieve. She will help you identify what needs to be addressed in order to achieve your goals or what would help you achieve a better and more desirable state of wellbeing.
If you then want to do that planning with us, Anthea can help you design a plan. If not, at least you’ll know what the issues are and you will have a chance to get your questions answered.
